Matt will teach you how to make restaurant-quality entrees in the comfort of your own kitchen with a fun, informal cooking lesson for you and a guest. Lessons include pan-roasted chicken in wine reduction sauce, poached salmon in court bouillon, or penne in hand-crafted bolognese.
